Carp is a domesticated fish, which has a delicate taste and tender meat. This fish is cooked in different ways: baked, fried, stuffed. And you can cook it in salt form. We present to your attention an original recipe – “Salting from carp”
- Medium sized skinless carp fillet
- Salt – 2 tbsp.
- Ground black pepper – 0.5 tsp
- Sugar – 1 tsp
- Ground coriander – 0.5 tsp
Wash fresh skinless fish fillet under cold running water, dry with a towel. Mix salt, sugar, black pepper, ground coriander and rub the carp fillet on both sides with the resulting mixture. Leave salted fish for 12-36 hours to the refrigerator (the amount of salt and the time of salting depend on the size of the carp fillet).
