DORADO IN BANANA LEAVES

Do you want to please your family with something unusual, tasty and at the same time healthy? To your attention – a recipe for oven-baked Dorado fish with a banana leaf

INGREDIENTS:

  • Dorado peeled – 1 pc.
  • Rosemary – 5 gr
  • Lemon – 60 gr
  • Smoked paprika – 1 gr
  • Butter with dried tomatoes – 25 gr
  • Spice 5 peppers – 1 gr
  • Olive oil – 30 gr
  • Dried tomatoes – 1 gr
  • Leek – 2 strips
  • Banana leaf – 2 pcs.

Wash, peel off, gut the fish (if you have not done so). Season the dorado with spices, wipe with oil. Add lemon to the marinade. Put butter with sun-dried tomatoes on top of the fish – when baking, it spreads, and sun-dried tomatoes remain as a gentle addition. Pour boiling water over the banana leaf to make the essential oils stand out. Next, wrap pickled fish in leaves with onions and send to bake for 20 minutes in the oven.
